CANCELLATIONS
We operate a 24 hour notice reschedule and cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to reschedule you must contact Blossom Belle Therapy by Phone, Email or Text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

If you fail to give 24 hours cancellation notice you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Blossom Belle reserves the right to cancel if a therapist is not available to carry out your treatment though circumstances beyond our control. Blossom Belle reserves the right to transfer the booking to another date. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking in the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment. We will contact you by telephone – where possible. The management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone whom they deem unsuitable.
Complaints and Concerns
Here at Blossom Belle Therapy we strive to provide the best service possible.
If however, you are not satisfied with the service or treatment you receive please contact the salon within 24 hours of your treatment. We will then do our utmost to assist with your concerns.
If the salon is closed please leave a message or email us and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
Products must be returned unused and unopened with their seals intact in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Blossom Belle Therapy.
Blossom Belle Therapy will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to change the nature of any treatments, course or package.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied/supervised by an appropriate adult.
